The City of Oshawa is partnering with the Oshawa Art Association to create a new downtown holiday window display series for the 2025 season, where local artists will paint festive, white-on-white designs on business and vacant storefront windows. Painting is scheduled for November 7-13, and the **"Oshawa Holiday Window Walk"** will debut at the **Bright and Merry Market** on November 14.
