Art Association Holiday Party

Join us for an evening of creativity, community, and festive cheer as we celebrate the holiday season together!

Potluck Social
Bring a finger-food style dish to share (no heated items, please).

Enjoy mingling, nibbling, and connecting with fellow members in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

Hand-Painted Ornament Station
Let your creativity shine!
We’ll have supplies ready so you can design your own hand-painted holiday ornament to take home or gift.

Mini Art Exchange
Participate in our fun and inspiring art swap.
Bring an original piece of your own artwork, sized no smaller than
3½" x 3½" to fit into mats with a 3" x 3" opening to be provided by
Angela, and you’ll go home with a beautifully matted mini artwork created by another member.

Giving Back
Let’s spread generosity together this season.
Please consider bringing a non-perishable food item in support of the Simcoe Hall Settlement House and their community programs
(simcoehall.com).

Holiday Spirit
Expect festive music, good conversation, laughter, and a whole lot of creative energy.
It’s the perfect time to unwind, celebrate, and enjoy the company of our vibrant art community.

Safety First
To ensure everyone feels comfortable and gets to their vehicles safely at the end of the evening, two security guards will be stationed outside the Art Resource Centre.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you December 10th @ 7 pm!

Group Membership Meetings

Looking to connect with local artists and grow your creative skills? The Oshawa Art Association (OAA) invites you to our monthly art club meetings, held on the second Wednesday of each month from September to June. All meetings take place at the Arts Resource Centre (45 Queen Street, Oshawa - behind City Hall) and start at 7:00 pm.

Eight meetings include a live demonstration of artistic techniques, engaging discussions, and the chance to network in a welcoming, supportive arts community. Two meetings are social events.

Non-members are welcome to attend at no charge and meet the members. A great way to see if this art group is for you.
