Hi-Sook Barker is a professional watercolourist known for her floral works and Canadian landscapes, depicted in an impressionistic style. She has displayed her artwork at numerous solo exhibits and achieved success in group and juried art shows. Over the past 30 years Hi-Sook has also been active as a full time instructor in Ontario.

Hi-Sook became an elected member of the Canadian Society of Painters in Watercolour (cspwc) in 2000 and is also a signature member of the Toronto Watercolour Society (TWS)
